Return Policy By Brand Name
For all ARK Performance, Borla, Eibach, H&R, Injen, MBRP, Magnaflow, Mishimoto, NGK, Seibon, Stoptech, TurboXS, Wagner Tuning, WeatherTech, aFe, StingerHaus, Velossa Tech & Yellow Speed Racing products the return policy is as follows:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returned items must be new, unused, and in resellable condition with all pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by KM Tuned. KM Tuned may refuse returns on any Special Order items for any reason. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. All return shipments must be insured, and the customer must file any loss/damage claims. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued, which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging. Returns will get refused if it does not have the RMA number. Returns sent to any other facility other than the correctly listed return address will result in delayed credit processing times. KM Tuned applies a repackaging fee of $10 to any returns received without acceptable packaging. (Ark Performance returns will be charged 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from refund).
For all ADRO USA products, the return policy is as follows:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package back to ADRO USA, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
For all Burger Motorsports products the return policy is as follows:

For all M&S products the return policy is as follows:
To be eligible for returns or any type of reimbursements regarding damage/imperfection to an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product(s). Returns are accepted only when damages/defects are reported to us upon delivery. M&S America holds the right to inspect the condition of the damage/defect to approve return requests. The item must be in the NEW and UNUSED condition and be in the original packaging including all accessories and/or installation hardware. Any claims for damage/defects must be reported to us prior to installation. We do not accept parts that are used or installed.
Damage/defect claims reported to us after 14 days of receiving the product(s) may be approved for store credit only. M&S America holds the right to inspect the condition of the damage/defect to approve store credit request.
No return/refund request is accepted after 30 days of receiving the product(s).
If you wish to return an item for a reason other than receiving it with damages and/or defects, you will be responsible for return shipping cost in addition to a 25% restocking fee. Please note, restocking fee can be up to 30% in certain cases.
For all Stillen products the return policy is as follows:
PLEASE NOTE: AT THIS TIME RETURNS ARE TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL TO PROCESS. WHILE RECOGNIZING NECESSARY SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES WE HAVE REDUCED STAFF IN AREAS OF OUR FACILITIES. AS SUCH WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DEDICATE A TEAM MEMBER TO RETURNS PROCESSING AT THIS TIME. WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO PROCESS RETURNS BUT AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO GUARANTEED TIMELINE.
We understand there are times when it’s necessary to return part or all of your purchase. If you need to return a product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to process your return. KM Tuned will issue an RMA for products eligible for return. Contact us at email@example.com
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of you receiving the product, and ONLY if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. STILLEN reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization. STILLEN reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

What products are eligible for return?
- Products in new, resalable condition in the original packaging that have not been assembled, disassembled, installed or modified in any way
- Products damaged in shipment
What products are NOT eligible for return?
- Non-defective used, modified, disassembled or installed parts
- Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page or sales document)
- Wheels that have had tires mounted on them
- Painted parts, including items the customer has painted
- International orders are non-returnable
- All freight (truck) shipment items are non-returnable
- Installed items- Once an item has been installed it is no longer considered a "new item" and is ineligible for return.
If we sent you a different product from the one you ordered, we will replace the product and process your return at no charge. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving an order with incorrect items.
For all Truhart products the return policy is as follows:
Upon approval of a return, a return authorization (RA) number will be issued. Upon receipt of RA number, simply ship the package back to designated warehouse in original condition and in original packaging. Returns for refunds are subject to a restock fee of 20% or $15.00, whichever is greater cover processing, overhead and labor. Returns for exchanges or refund will be allowed only within 30 calendar days of the receipt of your product(s). This will be verified through shipping (tracking number). Merchandise must be NEW, unused, and in original sellable condition. Merchandise showing signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, painted, or defaced will not be allowed. It's the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct fitment and/or vehicle application before installation. Returns/exchanges must be sent prepaid and insured by the customer. An issued RMA number does not automatically imply a replacement or refund. All products will be inspected either by us before any refunds/exchanges are issued. Returned items must be sent back to us within 10 calendar days from the time the RMA is issued. If the item returned to us is found in violation of the above conditions it may be refused.
If a customer refuses a shipment or carrier returns the shipment due to customer being unavailable to receive it they will forfeit the cost of shipping the item to them and return shipping costs. The item will also be handled as a Return and will automatically be subject to a restocking fee per our discretion unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (unless damaged) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
